Has more than thirty five years of experience in management and execution of commercial,residential, hotel, and hospitality and Industrial projects in Singapore and Malaysia in Govt and Private sector projects. Has been a reputed professional engineer in Singapore and has groomed number good managers and Engineers during his career. The directors have been associated with him for the past 20 over years and are honoured to have him as our Mentor and Advisor for our business ventures in India, Singapore and Malaysia.

Mr. Karthikeyan Jayaraman Director Qualification : B.Eng Civil, M.Sc (Project Management), MBA. Professional Membership : MIEI, MIES, MRICS, Singapore.

Has twenty six years of experience in development and execution of residential, commercial, mixed development and hospitality and Industrial projects. Accomplished impressive success in leading multiple development projects from its inception, feasibility, design development, project management and successful completion and hand over till project closure. Executed projects in Singapore and major cities in India (Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Ahmedabad), provided Technical Advisory Services for Hospitality projects in India and GCC Countries (Dubai, Bahrain, Jeddah, Riyadh and Muscat). Have excellent leadership, sound technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.

Mr. Ravichandran Ramanathan Director Qualification : B.Eng Civil, PG Diploma in Project Management. Professional Membership : MIES, Singapore.

Has vast experience of 25 years in the design coordination and execution of residential, commercial, industrial and Institutional projects in Singapore, Malaysia and India. Certified Quality, Safety and ISO Auditor involved in Training and Internal Audit. Registered Technical Officer by Building Construction Authority, Singapore.

Mrs. Sreeleesha. K Director Qualification : B.Tech Civil Engrg.

Has vast experience of 19 years experience in planning, design coordination and management and execution of residential, commercial, industrial and Institutional projects in India. Has experience design and implementation of modular furniture for Grade A office buildings and residential projects. Has executed projects in India, USA, Australia and Middle East. Has worked for multi-national client projects in India. Currently undertaken construction and Technical Advisory services in school, commercial and residential projects.
